Sautéed Beet Greens with Garlic
GoodHealthy Beetroot Greens
4 cloves of garlic
1 small carrot, grated
1-2 teaspoons of olive and truffle oil
Sea salt and pepper
Chop beet greens to about 1” length
Finely chop garlic
Heat oil in pan on low heat, add garlic and heat until soft
Plate it, dress with grated carrot, add a few drops of truffle oil and enjoy
